Weighing It Up
2006-03-05 / 12:47 a.m.

Quotation of the day:
"We're on the same boat."

Life's contents:
  • Escalated motivation for almost every thing.
  • Escalated self-esteem [not to be confused with bloated], and a number of personality traits followed.
  • Being the only person that has attended all Drama lessons & rehearsals. I am proud, oh yes!
  • Thus, being in Mr Maric's good books. I would never want to be in his bad books, it is a horrible experience from solely witnessing.
  • And, being in Ms Robertson's good books [Katy pointed out that I achieved this through bribery, which I do question sometimes].
  • Sam is back from Welsh lands.
  • My improving skin. Slowly but surely. It takes time.
  • Receiving emails & pictures each morning from my Filipino sunshine.
  • "See you at Chalk Farm."

  • Life's discontents:
Everything on this list will no longer belong here pretty much soon, because if there is discontent in my life, I deal with it and make it a content. So, no more-than-temporary discontents, guaranteed; apart from maybe my slight discontent with the incompotence my Sony T3 camera holds, and I can't do anything about it soon because I haven't got a job to replace it with a better camera, or in Hong Kong to get everything for half price. Actually, more than half price, but you get the idea.
I also am slightly discontent by the fact that I am drawn to the sound of a camera's shutter release more than I am to the silent voices of sadness from patients under CBT, but it is probably probably probably momentary, afterall I don't believe a hobby can replace a profession.

Another major discontent in my life right now this moment is my incapability to continue watching a Korean horror movie called The Uninvited. I've been trying to push myself a few minutes more than the time I last stopped, but having studied Media, I noticed that in the angle, in those lighting, that something eerie will appear. I don't think you even need to be a Media student to spot a scene where something will jump out at you, if you've watched enough scary movies [like me; I am a scary movies lover] you'd notice it all in a glance. And then, also like me, you can stop it in time and wait for there to be someone to go through that scene with you.
Oh lordy, I really am not as fearless as I think I am; but I beat most people.

Of course, falling in love through flickr.

Emma: Bloody hot [here].. that's all I can say.
Me: Gosh it's still coming down with wind and rain here.
Me: I can't wait for the heat..
Emma: Hmmm... I can't wait for snow!!
    Me: Snow is so horrible!!
    Me: Oh my lord.
